Company: 1. Booking and Reservations: a. All bookings and reservations must be made in advance through our website, mobile app, or customer service hotline. b. A valid credit card is required to secure a booking. The cardholder must be present at the time of travel. c. Changes or cancellations to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Fare and Payment: a. The fare for transportation services will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. b. Payment can be made using credit/debit cards, online banking, or cash on board the vehicle. c. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during the journey, such as additional stops or waiting time.

3. Baggage and Personal Belongings: a. Passengers are responsible for their own baggage and personal belongings. b. The transportation company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of baggage or personal belongings during the journey.

4. Safety and Conduct: a. Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the transportation company and its staff. b. Any behavior that poses a threat to the safety or comfort of other passengers or staff is strictly prohibited. c. Smoking, consuming alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed on board the vehicles.

5. Delays and Disruptions: a. The transportation company will make every effort to adhere to the scheduled departure and arrival times. However, delays or disruptions may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. b. In the event of a significant delay or cancellation, the transportation company will provide alternative arrangements or a refund, as applicable.

6. Liability: a. The transportation company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the journey unless caused by the negligence of the company or its staff. b. Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance coverage.

7. Complaints and Disputes: a. Any complaints or disputes regarding the transportation service should be reported to the company’s customer service within 48 hours of the journey.

Additional charges may apply for optional extras, such as GPS navigation, child seats, or additional drivers.

3. Insurance and Damage: a. The rental vehicle is covered by basic insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period, up to the excess amount specified in the rental agreement. b. The renter may choose to purchase additional insurance coverage to reduce the excess amount.

4. Fuel and Mileage: a. The rental vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period. The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. b. The rental agreement will specify the mileage limit for the rental period. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the mileage limit.

5. Driver Requirements: a. The renter must hold a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirement specified by the rental company. b. Additional charges may apply for renting to drivers under a certain age or with a limited driving experience.

6. Vehicle Return: a. The rental vehicle must be returned to the designated drop-off location at the agreed-upon time. b. Late returns may result in additional charges.

7. Liability: a. The rental company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period, unless caused by the negligence of the company or its staff. b.
