What to expect
This is a pre-booked private transfer between YVR and Whistler Village. The van is reserved for one party at a time with a single vehicle price rather than per-seat pricing. Pickup and drop-off are confirmed in advance, and the trip is direct with no shared riders.
Flight delays
Your booking includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the pickup time on your confirmation. Additional waiting beyond the first hour is $30 per additional hour. If your flight changes, contact us with updated flight status so we can coordinate the best pickup time.
Return trips
Return trips are available as part of customer itineraries and advance-booked reservations.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations more than one week before the tour date: 100% refund
Cancellations 48 hours before the tour date: 80% refund
Cancellations 24 hours before the tour date: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour date: No refund
