ATV Rental Policy
To rent an ATV, the driver must be 25+ years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and present a credit card for the security deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel your booking, payment processing fees charged by Stripe (3% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Rental Timing:
- Recommended Pickup: We suggest picking up your ATV at 8:00 AM on the day of use for maximum enjoyment.
- Flexible Evening Pickup: You may also pick up the ATV the evening prior to your rental, if it falls within your rental term. Please confirm availability in advance.
- Return Time: All ATVs must be returned by 6:00 PM on the final day of the rental unless otherwise arranged.
- Return Buffer: A 2-hour grace period is available if additional time is needed—please notify us in advance to avoid late fees.
Cleaning Fee:
Machines must be rinsed before returning to meet the initial state. A $80 cleaning surcharge applies if returned dirty. A $150 deep-cleaning fee will be charged if returned with excessive mud.
Fuel Policy:
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of premium gas. Please return with a full tank. Missing fuel will be charged at $3.00 per litre.
Mileage Limit:
Rentals include 100 km per day. Additional mileage is charged at $2.00 per km.
Damage Deposit:
A mandatory $2000 credit card damage deposit is refunded within 5–10 business days. Cash deposits are returned the same day if returned before 7:00 PM; otherwise, a next-day return is required.
Driver Waivers & Licenses:
Only drivers who have presented a valid license and signed a waiver can operate the vehicle. If there are multiple drivers, each must sign separately. No unauthorized drivers are allowed.
Travel Limits:
Machines must remain within 500 km of the rental location and cannot leave Canada.
Trail Use Only:
ATVs are permitted only on trails and designated off-road areas. Street use is strictly prohibited.
Accidents or Breakdowns:
In case of an incident:
- Prioritize safety
- Contact our office immediately
- Complete an incident report upon return
Passenger Restrictions:
Passengers must be at least 8 years old and able to wear a helmet properly. Contact us for guidance on younger passengers.
Impaired Driving Laws:
Impaired driving (alcohol or drugs) is strictly prohibited under BC law and the Criminal Code of Canada, regardless of location. Offenders may face fines, criminal charges, or vehicle impoundment from local authorities.
Optional Equipment Damage Protection ($200/day):
Covers minor damage like tire punctures, cracked windshields, and cosmetic wear. Does not cover accidents, rollovers, theft, recovery, or major incidents.
Proper Use Requirement:
Vehicles are for recreational use only. Stunt driving, racing, reckless or abusive use is prohibited. Misuse may result in termination of the rental, loss of deposit, and full liability for damages.
